haha ... that's kinda funny ... I wonder how the leather will have held up all those years! :)

I would be perfectly happy to have the ateliers make my bag right now and get it earlier :) I just don't want to mess up the group bespoke in any way. I'm thinking the ateliers regularly collect the orders at the end of the week. We should be okay since we state explicitly that we are in this August TPF group bespoke. Just 4 more months! I'm counting down already.

Me too! Although I have some others on order so it will help spread them out. It's hard to put a deposit down though and NOT want it right away.

The place on the Couture section where you deposit would't work for me. It kept taking me back to other pages of the section and erasing all my choices. I've written letters to both Rose and Jackie so they can tell me what I am going wrong. I'm still in this bespoke, though, so please don't think I'm dropping out.

I've gone with the full-size, light blue lining, silver hardware. I'm actually toying with the idea of getting the in-stock black glossy WTM w/fuchsia lining as well . . . I don't know. I just think that all of the linings would be so perfect against this leather. I'm wondering how the new linings will look too.

Midi size, light blue lining, silver hardware and a tassel on the front pocket instead of the little cubes (got the idea from Loquita).

I am doing the midi, light gray lining, gold hardware - I just love hipnycmom's LM with the same combo! Also doing the corners. Not sure about dividers and all that.

I am interested in reading about everyone's great ideas for this bag, too! I was def. going to get the midi, but then since it's the sumptuous cervo, I went for the full-sized, with corners, a tassel instead of little cubes, gold hardware, and red lining.

I was going to get silver lining, but then realized that I have a black crash LM midi with silver HW coming at the same time...so why not get gold, and make it super classic? Besides the LM, in my mind this is the classic BE style.

Lo - You're bag is going to be gorgeous - in terms of the size, I think you could have gone with either the regular or the midi -- just depends on what you prefer!!

I have gone for the large (regular!) but am a bit worried it will be huge! I have a midi on the way though and I cannot repeat exact bags or exact colours so had to get Regular to get round my own rule! Have gone for silver HW, blue lining and requested the corners. I too just wrote about the corners in the extras field.

Well. Isn't it obvious to y'all that this is a TIME TRAVELING bag? Fashionistas from ancient Rome carried these bags and, as the years and centuries went by, these bags were simply reworked and the artisans merely added new hardware.
