Funny you should say that....the base is my only reservation when it comes to this bag. I emailed Jackie about getting a softer base earlier today!!! Hmmm...what's that they say about great minds????

Ladies, I am so sorry to do this and you can hate me forever if you must (but I'd rather you forgive me for my handbag insanity!) but I am going to order the new Rock Me Midi in this leather. I had no idea a new bag was coming out and I just adore it! It will be perfect for this leather that I have been dreaming of for so long! I hope you all understand!! XOXO! (slinking away....)

Bumping this thread! I've been thinking about what my second BE should be, and I'm pretty sure I want a Hold Me in a matte leather--just trying to decide between dark purple and mandarin!

YEAH....thanks for bumping. I am still wanting this. I was also wanting the mandarin matte leather, but I found a cute bag in orange so that satisfied my craving. The color is gorgeous though, but my heart is with DPM!!!

Ooh, whadya get? Right now I think mandarin, while an utterly gorgeous orange (seriously, I never like orange at all, so this means something!) would probably not work as well for me as dpm in a bag, but I'd love an accessory in mandarin.

I'm going to add myself to the list, in the hope it snowballs.

I am usually gold hw all the way, but there's so little hardware on the Hold Me that I might decide on silver HW if I think it works better with the leather and whatever my lining choice is. I'm torn between purple, fuchsia, and light blue, and if any shade of green should become an option, that would probably be my first choice.

I'm very flexible on delivery. Hope more people will join!
