I "might" consider a 2'nd color, but even if I don't, I'd still like to offer my help to you.....
A Matte Choco TMA would be gorgeous too!

EXCELLENT Point!!!! I was thinking either matte chocolate or dark grey, even light grey like Jackie has. You really need to see her picture, it's absolutely gorgeous. Same type of leather as the chocolate, just in light grey.

But, I agree, chocolate matte, would probably be my first choice and then dark grey.

I just purcahsed a tan tma the other day. I suppose I should wait and see if I love it before I become an "official" member here, but I have a feeling this will be a cherished handbag for my purposes on how I want to use it, mainly travel and long weekends. Much in the same as I'd use my overnighter bag.

I know, pictures are coming this weekend. I"m on the mend from a major trip to the dentist chair today. So, be gentle on me!!!
LOL!! You have a TMA right??!! Well, join the club......that's what it's for!!! The tan is a lovely colour, much richer than the other tan bags and the leather is so thick and durable. This bag deserves to be given alot of credit, as it can double up as an overnight bag, and a travel bag...well the way I pack!!

Moi.....gentle??!! LOL!!! Looking forward to seeing pics!

I wanted to ask a question about the TMAs .. how long do they take to break in?? .. I have been using mone non stop for a couple of weeks now (I think?) .. it still seems a little stiffer than I woudl like .. I love this bag!!! .. What do you all use it for?? :) I use mine as my go-to bag when I am out with the kids and stuff and also as my travel bag :) ... it holds a TON and the leather smells heavenly!!!! ..

Hi! Well, I've taken mine recently on city breaks/holiday, and when I travel every week between here and London! It's great for overnight, as it can fit a ton of stuff, but try to be careful not to overload it. I prefer to use the shorter straps, either on my shoulder, or hand-held, it's really comfortable, and never had the need for the messenger strap.

I don't use mine everyday, as I don't need to, but I'd say it also depends what you carry in it, that will determine how quickly it breaks in! It took about 4+ weeks to soften up the leather on my TMA. When you first get it, yes it's stiff and can't envisage it, but now looks slouchy, yet still retains it's shape! I'll take pics for you this weekend to highlight this. Don't worry, it will soften...maybe put some bricks in it! LOL!! <<Only joking!>>

Thanks Tash for the welcome!

I am not an "official" member yet until today before noon. That's when I take delivery of my tan tma! I can't wait.

I hope I love it, every bit as much as you and the other's do!

Yes, I agree, my pictures are long overdue for this weekend and I"m just glad my tma will sneak in there too!

Tash, you use something smaller for everyday? I so like your bag and like TropicalGal stated, I too would like to see the picture of Jackie with her light grey TMA. I really think the front pockets are adorable.

Hiya Cindy! I have other bags I use for everyday. The BE bags are for when I travel mostly, or spending the day with friends when they fly over to visit. I use the AP for popping to the shops, or for an evening out! Yeah, I'd love to see the light grey TMA too, I really, really hope Jackie continues the TMA for the future, as it's a classic imo!!!

Cind, if you ever get one, seriously you won't be disappointed. I could talk about the TMA till the cows come home!!!

Well ladies, definetely my dental visits this week has slowed my pace down this week. My tooth is still a bit aching etc.. so I"m spending a lot more time on our lovely BE forum. And I have to say, I"ve been having a lot of fun talking with everyone. Thanks for the distraction!

Next week, I should be back to my hectic routine and won't be around as much.

In the meanwhile, I thought, if you ladies, don't mind, I"ll just hang out here with my coffee and wait for my TAN TMA!!!!! I can't wait.

I am so sentimental toward Jackie's older styles! But, am looking forward to moving on to the raved about, Hug Me!

Hi Ladies,

Well, my hubby took the kids out for a little while and since I have the time now, I thought I"d write a follow up review on my tan tma. You ladies know how I love to write follow up's for you. I find it difficult to be certain of a BE handbag on your initial impression until after several days if not weeks of use. Then, I know!

well, here goes:

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this bag. It's definetely a keeper and a "Must Have" IMO. Now, at first, I was a bit nervous to try this style. I had asked both Jackie and Ashley to provide me with their reviews since I knew they wear their TMA's all the time (light grey and tan). They both have been wearing theirs for years and are still going strong! Anyway, Jackie and Ashley were 100% right!!!! I don't notice the weight anymore.

CityChris, Thank you again for all your encouragement to try this amazing style/color. You were right too regarding my concerns on it's weight. I now, use and absolutely ADORE it. It's strange because, it really is, a "large" bag, but like Jackie, Ashley and you mentioned, you just don't notice it.

When it first arrived, I knew I loved it immediately, but I was slightly concerned about adjusting coming from the HM and/or Midi's. No worries anymore!!!

I can't stop staring at it now. It's sitting in my home office and I love how it slouches. Perfectly. It slouches just enough. It doesn't puddle but yet it's still quite slouchy.

Also, I ADORE the front pockets, it makes it absolutely adorable and very "girly" which you know, I love too!!! It's a pretty change from my "zipper" LM style. I still adore my LM's, but this is just a sweet change with the pockets.

Okay, enough of my praises for one post. LOL I could go on and on about this bag!!!

I'm glad to hear this as I'm excited about the prospect of owning one. I have to say I agree with Contessa, matte chocolate would be delightful.

Oh Wow, your thinking of getting one. Wonderful. I love it whenever I hear of ladies here, buying one of my favorite leather's and/or styles.

AND the TMA is at the top of my list!

I agree with Contessa too, a chocolate matte tma midi would be divine!!!!

I can't get over, how I never seem to get tired of Jackie's chocolate! I even love the name!
