Question for Maria and other Hold Me owners: How do you keep your things safe and secure? I love the bag (especially after seeing your pix on the other threads, Maria) but I use public transit and I don't want the world to see what's inside my purse. I often have to stand and hold on, with my bag in the other hand, down at my side, and I'd feel very vulnerable carrying something with no closures.

Do you use the Hold Me as an everyday bag? Or just as an occasional shopper or tote? Do you carry another, smaller purse inside? Or have you come up with another way to secure your things?

That is just sublime. I love this leather and hope that my Hug Me becomes as gorgeous as your bag.

Good questions! I use my Hod Me as an everyday bag. I dont carry another purse inside, just my wallet, sunnies and make-up bag.
I live in a very safe small town and i dont have to worry much about my bag.
However, i am taking this bag today into downtown Madrid and will make sure the magnetic snap closure is secured all the time. I think it'd be pretty easy for a thief to open this bag or even slid a naughty hand into it... I will report back tomorrow!
I imagine you place a linen satchel with a string closure (like a laundry bag) inside... you could close it while commuting... and then open it at work or in safer areas. English is not my mother tongue, so i hope this makes sense...

I am also a bit worried about security with the Hold Me. Is there any chance you can take a photo from the top in some way to show how well the magnetic fastener closes the bag?

I will in a few minutes time... I need to have my breakfast if i want to go jogging later on..
It is very easy for me to find my junk in this bag, but it'd be perfect for others to rummage into it...
Having said that, when carried on the shoulder it'd be a safe bag...

That is fine because I was meant to have had a bath and put my face on about 1 hour ago and my sister may phone and catch me out soon.

Put your face on? Do you mean you cut it out like Suzi in her pic?

I take it off at night to try to stop it wearing out so fast.
