Default You have got to try this! The Balenciaga FLAP!

After hemming and hawing over this bag, I've decided that the deal was much too decent to pass up. You can find the Balenciaga Flap from resellers for 1/3 the retail price!

Typically a City gal (with the occassional First thrown in), I found it difficult to find a good weekend or throw-around bag for going out since I didn't always want to take my precious Firsts. Not necessarily just at night, but for casual weekends and for concerts, mid-week happy hours and things of the sort.

Stumbled upon this gem... and LOVE the style/color/leather. It can hold a little less than the Box style and more than the First. But everything I carry in my City fits just as well and it doesn't look bulky.

A GREAT alternative to the First!

Hi happychic - haven't seen you around here for awhile. Were you led astray?

Mod pics would help huh, I'll post some soon.

"E"-Gorgeous leather! I really like it, what a great bag for running around on weekends, anytime you can keep your hands free is a plus in my book. Please show up modeling pics.

RERE-been so busy with everything lately..i only have a few mins a day to browse...don't even have time to post...however, during my 1 break today i got to be the lucky number 1 to respond/see your post love the leather on both flaps though!!! and yes..def. post mod pics!! I had the same problems as you too: first just seemed to be too precious to carry when i'm trying to "get drunk" when going out.

Addy - defnitely should consider it. I highly recommend it. It's more on the casual side, and it didn't cost nearly as much as some other bbags so I could (if I so desired to) be less careful with it.

I plan on these bags being my "no-fear" go-to bag.

I'll post mod pics tonight if I can get a decent shot in.

happy - well thanks for stopping by! Yes, I mean, I hate to sound uppity, but I really consider the safety of my bags when I go out. I always think: hmmm, am I gonna go wild tonight and start throwing stuff around after a few shots? LOL. So this will be great, I can still "look the part" without worry too much about my bag.

B! - thank you! I'm really loving it so far. Can't wait to go out and do stuff, just for the sake of doing!

Love the leather on the flap, and it looks kind of rugged in a REI kind of way. I really like it!

Oh, they're gorgeous! I've seen this style on ebay and a couple of other places, but was wondering how it faired in terms of space and style - it sounds like a wonderful alternative for the traditional moto bags! Thanks for the review!

So cute! They look much bigger in pictures, but in real life they're quite zippy! Congrats Rere, enjoy!

The flap caught my attention the first time I saw it but still haven't taken the plunge. Haven't found it in the color I want yet, though the red looks divine! Congrats on your two flaps
