It's been a while since I've posted here and I've always been drooling over a "Purse", but they were discontinued a year before I started looking into buying a Balenciaga.

Is there a new style that looks/feels similar to the "Purse"?

Not really. Purses do pop up for resale regularly though ...

I think you should look at a Town. In my opinion it is similar in size to a Purse but w a removable strap.

Yeah, now that I look at it the Town kinda resembles the Purse. Thanks :)

I've got 3 Purses and they are my fave Bals. I like the shoulder strap of the City (got 1 of those) though, it's good in the winter with a heavy coat.

What I like most about the Purses is no piping--that seems to be a Bal weak point, imo. The noticeble wear seems to start there.

Keep an eye out, Purses do pop up from time to time--Good Luck!

But the Town is quite a bit smaller than the Purse.

I agree. And the handles don't fit over the shoulder that well. I don't think there's currently a style in production in the moto line that is like the purse ...

The shopper and the Sunday are a bit similar (shopper is larger, Sunday comes in different sizes) but neither are being made anymore.

The Sunday is a bit similar to the Purse.
