the twiggy is cute and holds as much as the city, but i also find that it's too casual and my stuff tends to roll around the bag (and harder to find) cos it's not as structured as a city. i suppose all this really depends on what you intend to wear the bag with, and also whether you carry alot of stuff like i do.

Cartier Love!
Hi, I have 2 twiggies and I love them. I usually carry them on a casual day or night out. I don't really carry much in my bag, but yes, it CAN hold a lot. I love the shape when it's not filled up to the brim, the way it slouches. But sometimes finding your stuffs inside can be quite a challenge. But if you put your stuffs in small pouches, I don't see this being a problem...

Love the twiggy. Cute shape and nice as an evening bag as well as day.

I luv my kiddos!
My first bbag was a Twiggy, sold it couple of months back and I still miss her till today.

I agree that Twiggy is a more casual bag compared to City and it holds just as much but due to the barrel shape it's not suitable to put books, paper etc.

But in terms of drape, Twiggy has the nicest drape compared to City.

And for the colors you are eyeing on, I think it'll look fantastic on a Twiggy.

I love my raisin twiggy. She is a total mush. I have two cities but find her to be my go to bag. Try it out!

I love the twiggy-style, my sis has one and I sometimes can borrow it from her, its a nice bag, not too big and not too small

The Twiggy was my first Bbag, and I've found that I don't prefer the East-West style. The barrel shape is kind of awkward, especially when there's a lot in it, and it when it's full it's hard to put the small handles over the shoulder, and it looked weird on me when worn by the long strap. I much prefer the City.

To me the Twiggy is the best! Perfect slouch, the handles have a great size, love the long zipper on the front side of the bag too!

Thanks for the advice ladies. It seems on balance that this would be a good purchase for me as I love slouchy bags and don't carry much on casual days which is what I want it for. I like option of two ways to wear it too. So I acted on a tip off and have ordered one - fingers crossed I like it!

Congratulations. What colour did you go for? And also, twiggies like all bals get better with age so the more you use her the more delicious she'll be.

I've gone for the cyclade as I love blue and it looks like a fabulous pop of colour. I just hope I like it as I am buying unseen!

I have a twiggy--in Cyclade, in fact & I love it. It is a very casual bag, as many have said; a good sized all around bag. :)
