I ordered a bag from Saks to be delivered today or tomorrow! That is what I told the SA when I bought it! Well it was delivered Saturday and we were not home and Fedex says I signed for it! That is a good one, since no one not even the dogs were home!
SA left the tracking on thursday and I erased before saving since H was home and I didn't want to get caught! Called Saks backon my cell and couldn't get the number because SA was not in. Called on Saturday but never listed to email because I was with H the whole day! Finally he is back at work and I checked tracking , package was left at 11:36 on Saturday and signed for by me! No package and I didn't sign for anything!

^^Oooohhhh, that is so despicable!! I've had this happen to me once before, too, except I was at home and couldn't get to the door in time. I opened the door just as the Fed-Ex truck was pulling away but there was no package and no "sorry we missed you" slip. I went back in and pulled up the tracking info. online to see if a second attempt was scheduled for the following day and it showed that the package had been delivered and that I had signed for it. I called and spoke with a Fed-Ex supervisor who called the driver, and the driver admitted that the package had been left at the side of the house by my sliding glass door - which was inside of an enclosed patio; he had thrown the package over the fence!! I was lucky that I did get the package, but the supervisor seemed

- I got the impression that the driver was in very hot water!

I really hope that you are able to contact Fed-Ex and get this straightened out - I'm so worried for you that they may have let this at your door, forged the signature, and someone stole it

. Please let us know how this turns out!

Well Fedex is closed today, can you believe that!? Called Saks and they didn't seem too concerned! SA I ordered from is off work and no one else wants to be bothered! Package is not there, I was first back at the house and H could not have gotten it! He would be killing me if he had!!!

^^Ummm, you mean your local Fed-Ex office is closed? You could try the customer service number, just to get the situation documented as soon as possible (800-463-3339). At least they're there, I've been on the phone with them twice already today

I did do that earlier! That is how I found out the fedex office that supposedly delivered the bag was closed! Documented with Saks too!
