I know what you mean about the "delicate" Bal leather. I was very shocked when I got my first one and carried it around as if it were made of tissue paper, but it's remarkably tough and you do get used to it and stop thinking it's going to rip at any moment. I think chloe leather is so thick it's crazy, but leather jackets are made of pretty thin leather and they last a long time. You will now want one in every color, be warned
