....hi girls!! i picked up a little something while i was in CANNES

...BALENCIAGA STORE is small there but they still have 08 bags left and a few bags from the new collection

!i finally met JORGE,my SA

:he is very nice and helpful!
i could see many colours and i really liked galet because it is so pillowy (i prefer it with gsh or rh ...for some reasons i don't love it with ggh very much)...i initially decided for a galet rh city ,but leather was too veiny for my tastes ...then i saw HER..ANDI JUST FELT IN LOVE

...she is an anthracite f/W 08 ggh pt

I'm in love with this bag!!!! It's wrinkly, soft, matte and super thick. And I love the way the gold contrasts with the dark grey....i can say it looks very plombish with slight blue undertones ...here it is

i picked this gorgeoous amethyst cp too...i believed i didn't love this colour,but it is perfect for small accessories

Many congrats my friend on a very beautiful bag. The leather looks just like my F/W 08 Anthra, thick and soft and chewy! Love your amethyst cp too.

CG - the leather on your Anthra PT is amazing! It looks really thick and chewy, and I love the distressing on it. And it's so beautiful how the GGH brings out the slight blue undertones on the Anthra... it's sooooooooo pretty....You really get the best bags!!

Hope you had a great holiday too!

Btw, did you have a look at the Galet RH Days there? I asked Cynthia (my SA at Cannes) for it... she only has two, and they didn't look too impressive from the pics - too smooth. Wanted to know if you got a chance to see them IRL.

GIRLS THANK YOU FOR ALL THE COMPLIMENTS! ...i love the leather of f/w 09 bags :it is chewy and distressed in many bags

michk i didn't see any galet day.,sorry.. JORGE took me GALET GGH PT, GALET GSH PT AND GALET RH CITY... they were all so puffy

,but the rh city was a bit veiny

then from 08 collection:there is a RUBY GGH CITY LEFT!!!

Fantastic CHLOE!!. She has exactly same leather than my 08 anthra work RH!. You really scored a keeper, some 08 anthras have incredible leather and lovely blueish undertones, huge congrats on your new stunning find!!
