Does Balenciaga "Part Time" Bag Exist?

Someone sent me a pic of this bag asking if I had ever seen it. The handles look different than the First, and the bag looks too small to be a City...the bales look round, too. She thinks it is called the "Part Time" bage. Has anyone else seen this bag, and is it legit? And what color would this be? Thanks!

I have never heard of a "part-time" bag.

But in that pic, the handles look a little longer and in the first size.. kinda. Don't think the first or even city ever had any handles longer than what they are.. hmm...

It's kind of hard to tell (at least to me). It *seems* to be in between the first and city size?

I think that picture is sienna miller with her extremely loved flat brass classique. She carried it so much, the hardware that holds the handles ended up flipping vertically- thus the long handles...
