Question Do the handles on B-bags loosen up?

I noticed that the handles on my first are really stiff and dont slouch with the rest of the bag. does this go away with time or are the handles supposed to be this way?

I wouldn't mind having my handles stretched, but I wouldn't want them to slouch with the rest of the bag...
