Diabro reputable?

Is Diabro.com a reputable place to buy Balenciaga? The prices there are much cheaper than the stores. I bought the City GH at Neiman Marcus for $1595 and they are selling it for only $1,128.20. What do you guys think? If they are, I still have time to return mine at NM and get it from them instead.
