~~~ BBag experts, HELP please! I don't think this is black, do you? ~~~

I received this today and specifically asked for "black" but this looks lighter ... is it charcoal/anthracite? I don't know what it is but I'm pretty sure it's not black.

I called my SA but he insists that it's black and to look at the zipper and it does look black ... hmmm, time for a new SA?

I took some pics with flash and with the sunlight on it. I don't know how to read the tag either ~ so if you ladies and gents could enlighten me and tell me what color this is, I'd really appreciate it ~ thank you so much!

I'll also post comparison pics with my black brief.

I don't think it looks black? It looks nice, but on my screen looks one shade darker than 07 Plomb despite what the card says.

Still nice, but what color is it? It could be Anthra 08.........

Could it be the difference between goat and lamb? I think the goat has a more saturated color, where the lamb is smoother. I believe the newest Bals are all lamb. Looks black to me

I asked the SA and he said it is black! I'm not familiar with the plomb or anthra ~ is that what the card says? that it's black?

the tag says 08 the maybe just black or anthra. but it kinda looks dark to be anthra, so I say it is black. i've seen this color in most 08 i've seen. your black brief is really saturated black, lovely!

Yeah, he's really insisting that it's black. Maybe I should stop comparing it to my other black bags

I does look black to me too ~ unless I put it right next to my black brief, then it's lighter with some greenish tint

it looks like black to me too..
i had an 08 f/w black courier and it was grey-ish black..it definintely was not black but it was black..haha make sense?
