I think this thread is split into "tight fit"/"size up to be able to layer" pretty much 50/50. I like to wear mine fitted but others rock their jackets in bigger size. As I said in the previous thread, these jackets suit virtually everyone any which way you choose to wear them!

I think she still has a couple of sizes in the classic black jacket, from spring 2012.

Maybe, but I think it's more they didn't fully stock it yet. When I first saw the new photos a few days ago, everything said sold out, all jackets, all colors, all sizes. Since then, I've seen a few poudre and moutarde jackets show up. Hard to figure out.

I think you are right. However, when I did check the other day, the message said unavailable. Now all sizes say sold out. I'm hoping that the two-toned is not that sought after.

My quilted was delivered last night by DHL. It was delivered after 6:30! Those guys work hard. I was sure that since it didn't come between 8-6pm that it would show up today. But the guy knocked on my door at 6:35pm, I was so excited!

Here is my black quilted. It fits like a dream. Of course as soon as I started to take mod shots my camera battery died! So, these will have to do until the battery charges. It is a sz 34 and I can wear it perfectly unzipped. I can't really zip to save my life. Well, I can if I suck it in but it does not look good heehee.

I love the leather on this beauty. All the quilteds that I have had in my hands had very smooth leather, like the leather on my '11 jackets. The one preowned with runway zips I had was light, soft, and fine wrinkles, like 07 leather. This one is different. It reminds me of 09 leather?

I do think there was black this season and there seems to be a black every season. This season's was black with silver zips.

You are right about the black with silver zips. For some reason I thought that was old stock, but it is 2012. Because bal.com doesn't stock all of the jackets, it is hard to keep track of what comes out each season.
