Hi, Balenciaga has opened their own store in Emirates Towers, Dubai. They have the new season in stock and the old season (quilted) on sale although I'm sure the sale ends any minute now.

singapore has a store at the hilton hotel. the display pieces are really limited but the SAs are very friendly.

i've a tassel problem and i've called the Singapore and Paris (where i got my bag) stores and both places do not sell extra tassels.

Tysons Galleria - Neiman Marcus carries Balenciaga. They normally have a great selection but at the moment they have a decent inventory for both classic and giant hardware.

They also tend to carry older season's colors (as far as 3 - 4 seasons back) and they can check other stores for a size/color you need.

OK, in Moscow, Russia I know they carry Baleciagas in

TSUM (Central Universal Store) on Petrovka street, next to Bolshoi Theatre. It all started swell three years ago but the last time Ive been there during Christmas they only had really fugly colours (like dark green, weird moss and nuclear orange) and most were Hook bags.

PODIUM, at least the one on Kuznetsky Most street. It's their flagship store I think. They have some cities, as far as I remember, not huge variety.
