I purchased a bag from Ann Friday at Greenwich, CT, Saks. She is knowledgeable, and the bag was nice. I have talked with Debbie at Boca Raton. I have not actually purchased from her, but she is very patient with questions.

Oh, and I just got a notice about Friends & Family (25%). Does anyone know if Bal is an exclusion? Probably is - but thought I would ask :)

^ I think its most likely excluded. Their list gets longer and longer every year.

cbarrus...... I also use Debbie at Saks in Boca Raton, Florida. She's been my SA for about five or six years. She's extremely knowledgable and efficient. She's a very nice person, too

I also use Debbie at Saks in Boca Raton - she helped track down an amethyst GSH midday for me. She sent me a lot of photos of several different bags she had in stock. Great customer service! Another PF member, bridgett, (I'm not sure if I spelled her pf name right or not) lives in that area, and she uses Debbie on a regular basis. She referred me to Debbie. :) HTH

Gosh I used Debbie at Saks in Boca and she refused to send me pics at all! I found her kinda on the rude side! Guess I wasn't spending enough to make it worth her while!

I started using Jackie at the Greenwich CT Saks!

You know what?! I think Bridgett (PF member) is the one who took the photos and sent them to me. Whoops - sorry about that - and thanks again Bridgett for being so nice and doing that for me!

With regard to an e-mail, go to Saks, and get their e-mail info from the website. If it is not there, then you will have to call the store, and get the e-mail from them.

I did have Debbie's e-mail, but a recent computer crash wiped out all of my old e-mail addresses in my file folders. :(
