it's like melody.
Made an order online at Balenciaga.com. It's been on 'HOLD' for a few days now. Typical or should I make a call to see what's up?

I ordered something a couple weeks ago and I noticed that the status that you can see in your account is not showing the correct status. It changed randomly. After "shipped" it went back to "processed" and "hold"... Finally it arrived without any notification. Good luck with your order :-)

Thanks for the info! I'll give it another few days and see what happens. Haha. Mysterious~. :)
