I bought a balenciaga bag on balenciaga.com and want to return it via mail.
The balenciaga box is so bulky so can I return just the bag and dustbag... without the box?

I threw out all the packaging so I can't just ship it back in original packaging.

Can I not send the balenciaga box with my bag return??

You don't have to return the box to the boutiques; not sure about online.
