there is another price quoted there, 1.587.741. Dividing that figure with 820 i get 1936.27, which is exactly the fixed conversion rate between Italian LIRE and EURO. We have had for years in Italy double proces on items, just to make it easier for people to adjust to the new pan-european currency. So I say that it's from an Italian store.

I don't see anything off in the photos she posted. I'd still like to see the back handle rivits and a clearer shot of the handle and where the stitching goes.

Fraublucher--yes--I think you're absolutely right about the lira! So--would this be from Lusiaviaroma? Some other Italian store?

I guess it is navy based on the tag, but it looks so much like cornflower in the pic!

that's what i felt too, which is why i thought it might be suspect.

varsha, I can't remember where (it was a LONG time ago), but a member posted pics of her navy and cornflower b bags next to one another and they looked just about identical. Even the member remarked that she was surprised by how similar both colors were to one another.

I've read mixed reviews on ebay seller hgbags. Some people say everything's authentic, and but some ebay feedback insinuates that they fakes. What's the final consensus? I'm eyeing some of hgbags's auctions:

Grey Classique

Black City

Ink Classique

It is but it's missing a stud and unless you are a DIY'er it won't get fixed because Balenciaga won't without a reciept.
