Sorry, I wanted to post the additional pics along with my previous post but I didn't work so here's my second try.

those aren't rivets - a rivet is a piece of metal that is on the back of the handle - it's at the bottom of the handle and almost acts as a snap to close up the handle to the bag. the pic you posted is of the whipstitching of the rope on the handle. have the seller take a pic of the BOTTOM of the handle, of the little metal part. it's round and should have notches in it

yellowcat - i agree with robot - this black city is a FAKE! the rivet notches are wrong and the front "buckles" on the bag are wrong also. sorry

these are looking good. ask for the hardwares (rivets, bales, buckles) and the serial numbers and then you will be set.

Yes, please be careful. It would actually be more helpful if only "100% positive a bag is authentic or fake" responses to posts were made. I feel the "not sure" and "ask for more pics" post could cast a negative feeling on an authentic listing that otherwise might not be there if these posts were left out. I know it is everyones intention to only help and to be cautious. So my only intention here is to do the same. BUT I have seen now recently seen two authentic bags be called fake when they are absolutely authentic and that worries me.
