I am also wondering if I just slice tag off can I then legally sell it? Not as any brand just as a bag

Check here. The few I can see are the D would mean 2003 but in 2003 they used the underscore not the dot between the name and city, the stitching is same color as the bag and not black and the 666 (I think that is one too)

I'm sorry, I don't know the answer to this. Certainly there are plenty of bags that are similar to Balenciaga being sold. This one is potentially a problem, because it is the "same," down to each detail.

Someone more familiar with copyright issues might have advice for you.

I guess i am learning something new everyday.

That thing that nicole mentioned regarding the front pocket's inside being cloth? what would be the other ones after s/s 2005?

Just for me to be informed from now on. Are the later day bags leather and cloth in the front pocket's inside lining???

Please advise as i haven't owned a day bag.

Hmmm. Just remembered. Another way to pinpoint a s/s 05 Day is that the front pocket is all cloth inside. Unfortunately from s/s 05 on, without the cards or reliable history...ITA with Nicole....no way to be sure of the season....

The back of the front pocket when it is open is partly leather.

the inside of the front outer facing pocket is black cloth, matching the inside of the bag.
this auction has ended. looks like the seller sold outside of eBay as all bids were cancelled...

This sure is not 05 Chocolate. It looks 06 Truffle to me.
