This auction has ended but can someone tell me anything about this black first bag?? I asked the seller for more pictures and she sent one more blurry one of the tag, couldn't take a chance. Said her friend bought this at Barney's and that it was authentic. If it is real, someone got a great deal. If it is a blatent honker of a faker, forgive my ignorance?!?!?!?!?! I am learning, I hope, from you experts...

someone had asked about this earlier, maybe on the closed thread? you cannot tell for sure if this is an authentic black first or not with the pics provided by the auction - you need CLEAR pics of tag, bales, etc. there is one pic of the bale, but to me it looks squarish and the buckle on the front and the stitching

anyway, without those pics, you can't tell for sure if it was a deal or someone got ripped off

this black first has been asked a couple of times. i have suggested getting more pictures before bidding because the 4 pictures posted is not that great and it is a black b-bag which is the easiest to fake. i am sure if the seller posted really good clear photos and posted more pictures to confirm whether it is authentic, it would have ended with a much higher price . from the pictures it is really hard to say whether it is authentic or not.

The Balenciaga Box

Notice on the authentic bags..the inside part of the buckle, the inside corner edges are somewhat rounded vs. the buckles on the bag you have posted, the inside edges are very square. Does that make sense?

On the inside of the buckle hardware where it holds the leather... the inside corners shouldn't be like 90 degree angles....the four corners should be softer more rounded.

even without the necessary pics, like back of tag and rivets, it looks like an authentic black GH work to me

this auction is ending too soon to get more pics, but personally i wouldn't bid before getting clear pics of front/back of tag and bales. it is NOT an ink bag, it looks black to me. the numbers on the back of the tag look too big and the font looks off to me

i don't know why this black city is being called ink. i know this is ending soon but i would have asked for more pictures before bidding only because 1) it is a black b-bag 2) the pictures are not that great.

I am interested in this Balencicaga Boston Bag in Pearl. I never seen this style & really like the look. I own a Black City from a PF member, but this bag makes me weary because the inside logo of this bag is leather embossed instead of metal-like.
