i am not an expert on authentication but the missing "." and capital "I" seem to be extremely problematic. the words on the tag are stamped on so unless Balenciaga had other stamps lying around in '04 (without the "." and with a capital "I"), i am not sure how this can be explained as just an inconsistency. i guess it is possible though.

wow, really bad pics - sorry, can't tell if this is an authentic black day bag or not - black bags are the easiest to fake, personally i would get better pics of the rivet and back of the tag before bidding.

looks like an authentic - and cheap! - GH city to me. and yes, white gets dirty really easily too... the stitching doens't look that bad to me, prob is the lighting actually. i think this seller might be a tPFer also.

this is not from the designers BALENCIAGA line, another company bought the right to use the double B logo, but this is not a product of the designer.
