I don't have my Work anymore. I ultimately thought it was too big for me and ended up not carrying it (I'm 5'2")--but I had posted a photo here and almost everyone thought it was fine (sorry--I no longer have the photo or I would re-post). What I'm trying to say is that it may be a question of self-perception--how much you would feel dwarfed by a huge bag. Also, once the oversized bag craze ends--probably by next fall (?)--it may seem too large to you, while it doesn't this spring, with more oversized bags around. Now, when I'm not sure and don't have time at that moment to go to the actual store to shop, I construct a paper model using the dimensions of the bag and see how it looks on me in a mirror. It's not foolproof, but it gives me a better working idea.

Fayden I usualy love Big bags, I had a rouge theatre work I sold it it was too big for me and not comfortable over the shoulder.

LOL!!!!!!!!!!! if i end up getting it, in march, i've gone 3 months without getting a new bag!

I initially it would be too big and you would be over-powered by your bag, but looking at the pics posted, I think you may be able to pull it off!! Everyone looks great in their big bags BTW!

I am on the hunt for an RH work, but I need help. Can those of you who are about 5'5" 100-110 lbs. post pics of you wearing a work? I am worried that it will swallow me alive. It is all in how you "work" it, I know, but pics would be so appreciated.

check out hmwe and firstclass's pics - they both sport their works so well!! it's not that much bigger, just a bit wider, then your brief. i think you'll look smashing!

I will just tell you now that the Work is not THAT big. No where near the size of the Weekender. I have two Works. An 05 Black Work and an 07 Plomb GGH Work. I am 5'7" and between 115-118 pounds...thin. It's a perfect sized bag!!! I always liked it better than the City. At first someone can think the Work is huge but quickly will realize it's not. It's just the best style Balenciaga makes in my honest opinion! Get one! You will NOT be sorry!
