Default Question about the Brief, compared to the RTT

I have a day and a city, (about to get my 2nd day- thanks grietje!) and I want a larger bag to carry to work every day. I like the looks of the brief but I'm worried that the size of the opening is just too small to easily get stuff in and out, and to search through it. The RTT looks like it has a big opening, but I'm concerned it's too big. I haven't seen either IRL.

Thanks!

I was JUST asking the same thing last week. I ended up getting a black SGH brief this weekend. Magazines and files slip into it effortlessly. I had the same concerns as you about the opening, but it actually is deceiving. I love it....

Really? I'm sooo glad to hear that. That sounds like a beautiful bag! Any chance you have modeling pics? I've been searching the threads but it's so hard to find things with search being down.....

Give me a sec and I will get you some pics. I know how hard it is! I went in dead set on getting a work but it was too big - I am a shoulder purse kind of gal - like to have my hands free...

The RTT is a big bag, might not be ok for an everyday work bag, unless you are into really big bags or planning to use it for travel. I suggest the brief or work style.

i love your SGH black brief! i think the giant hardware looks so great on this style.

it is quite large IRL. i was surprised. i think i like it more than the RTT, which seems "short" in comparison to it's width. the brief balances out better IMO.

Brief definately! The RTT I played around with left a lasting impression on my shoulder - too heavy!

Thanks for the pictures, looks gorgeous Natalie!

goldilocks10023, if you need to carry a laptop regularly I would def go for a work. The brief can take files etc easily doesn't fit a laptop so easily, it does but then there's v little space for anything else. I haven't seen the RTT IRL so can't comment, but I believe it's HUGE.

I know this is going to sound ignorant and I am sure when I get the answer I will feel like a dummy - but what is a RTT?
And yea, a laptop would be hard to fit in the brief. Could porbably do it, but not with any room to spare.
And yea Kathyt, a Sapphire brief would be DIVINE!!!!
