question about 2006 F/W Balenciaga first

does any of your experts know if the style number is always on the back of the silver plate? I have a 2006 white F/W first which has a metal plate, but on the back of the plate, there is no style number, just a number and made in italy. is this normal? thank you all!

what's the style number for a First? is it D941T? i never really read up much about metal tags.

on paper tag it's "2006 1 103208 D941T 490

on metal tag it's

BALENCIAGA
N3243Y
103208

behind the metal tag: 103208*213048 (i think so) above "made in italy"

Do you mean back of the plate or back of the leather tag? The silver plate is sewn on two sides onto the leather tag.

The front of the silver tag has writing, the BACK of the SILVER tag does NOT. But the back of the LEATHER tag also has numbers....

Could you be more clear?

when i said behind the metal tag, i didn't mean i pried the metal tag that's sewn on the leather to look on the back of it (i'm not going to ruin it and i figured there shouldn't be anything on the metal tag since it's sewn on the leather...)

so, the numbers i indicated are on the back of the leather on which the metal tag's sewn on.

yes the style number is 103208

On the back of the leather tag, it should say 103208 and another number. This other number changes. But even the 103208 part varies. My 06 First actually doesn't even have that style number on the back. But I got it from BalNY so/and it's definitely authentic. Bal can be a little inconsistent sometimes, but as long as your First is authentic, I wouldn't worry about it too much.
