No spare tassels with shoulder?

Just got my shoulder -- yay, love it. Def tomato, the colour in the picture they sent was way off (see my earlier thread). I will post pics soon, have a kid's birthday party today so don't have time right now.

Just a quick question: there were no spare tassels with the bag. Which kind of surprises me, since even wallets come with spare tassels.

Please let me know, do clutches and make-ups not come spare tassels?

I'm not holding my hopes up for getting spares. The tassels are already starting to split so I'm a bit miffed that they are not included. Seems so inconsistent, why do some receive their bags with spares and many don't?

Just curious...I got a Coral 08 makeup clutch and it came with extra tassles but on another makeup clutch (in Turquoise 08) it did NOT have the extra tassles...

I heard somewhere too that Balenciaga discontinued extra tassles but I think the Turquoise 08 color came out BEFORE the Coral 08 color did, right?

Or am I just going crazy?

I ordered a new blk city from Balenciaga online - I recieved it tody but, no extra tassels...I called cust service but no answer - can anyone confirm if they stopped doing extra tassels with new bags?
