No extra tassel with my new BG CP

So as some of you may know I bought an '08 BG CP from Harvey Nichols. I have another 3 coin purses, and all of them have an extra tassel except this one...

Should I go back and ask for it? Also the wee dustbag it arrived in, the drawstring on it has been cut off...

I dunno, I mean I paid £145 for it, so I expect the best...maybe I'm just being a bit stuck up?

nope..this year the coin purses don't come with extra tassels..it's too bad.

that's what i heard too, cps don't come with extra tassels anymore.
