Urgent Help !! New Bag Gold Hardware Chipped !!!

help !! i JUST bought my VERT THYME GGH DAY (so pretty, i love it) yesterday from the BAL NY store, and guess what i realized this morning when I inspected it under sun light !!!! some of the gold coating chipped off of the side of one of the main buckles, and one of the large rings that attached to the handle is badly tarnished on one side (not sure if it's the gold tha'ts rubbing off or not)... what to do !!! can they fix it ? i love the bag and it's the last one they had in the store ....

frankie, call your Bal sales person, they should inspect and replace or fix this.....i have had issues with two of my Giant bags regarding the sealing of the leather (ie: handles) where the leather comes apart after a few months of normal wear, and they resealed the leather and fixed it right away.
