Studs!!

hi - anyone ever heard of balenciag twiggy having studs on handle come off - an aquaintance is selling her twiggy minus a couple of handle studs - any ideas. thanks.

I've seen some stud-less bags in the consignment store. I would imagine that it takes a lot to beat up a bag to that point. I personally wouldn't buy one like that unless it was at a really big discount, because i would have to send it to be fixed.

thanks for replying - i'm tempted to buy it from her but dont think balenciaga would repair with no receipt also slight worry that bag might be a fake, wouldnt think real bb would have studs come off.

Balenciaga WILL repair any Bbag as long as it is authentic and you do NOT have to have a receipt. Also, yes, REAL Bbags do have studs that fall off....just because they are $1K bags does not mean they are not prone to wear and tear like any other bag

No problemo......they just won't order any "parts" for the bag (like studs if needed) until you actually send them the bag and they verify it's authenticity OR if you bought the bag from them directly, they can look it up on the computer OR you can fax a receipt to them so that they can order the parts while your bag is enroute

Hi, does anyone have spare studs? There is no Balenciaga store in Australia, and mine fell off, even though I only used my Sky Blue first a handful of times

Because the stud fell off the strap is 'off' too

I just need one, boo hoo! Or is the above way the only way to obtain a spare stud?
