no its not sticky or crispy..sorrry i didnt take before pics..but there were very very small scuff line and sort of dull..(something that probably woudlnt bother anyone else but me).... I have only tried it with Orly Glossy Topcoat nailpolish which is very thin and not thick...not sure if other polishes would be different or not...

in the first pic, the white line is only glare or something..the second pic best portrays what it looks like..

I use LMB's shine restore on problems like this but I'm glad this worked for you!

OMGosh, Thanks so much for the tip mustlovecatz. I did this with my GSH 08 Turk PT and it worked a treat!

This trick worked really well with my turk - corners are now nice and glossy. I was so paranoid about denim/dark colour rub off because I wear a lot black/navy, but hopefully this will prevent that. Though, ppl beware, DO NOT TRY THIS with medium to dark colours. I tried the top coat on my EB blue tassel and the TP sunk into the leather - leaving a really dark spot.
