New Sapphire with STAIN. Help! (pix)

What great leather.. although I DO see the light spot..if you don't want to try to work it out with a conditioner, def return it right away..you should be thrilled with a new bag, not concerned about blemishes..

The leather looks gorgeously thick like how I like them. Then again that patch is worth returning this.

It would bug me too, I don't think you're being too picky. There will be others (of this same style and color), this isn't the last one available.

I cleaned a tiny oily spot on a blue b'bag with Coach leather cleaner & got a slightly lightened spot like that which I never could get back with conditioner... not a really noticeable spot to anyone who didn't know where to look but with a new bag... I'd try to exchange it for another. Might be they tried cleaning it like I did.
