I rarely use it, keep it in its cover and away from other bags ... but the back has what looks like small tire tracks!!

The bag is white ane I am not good with names/models but is is a N (little o on top)5181 Y 103208

is there a pink stain as well? or is that just from the computer or camera?

i see what you mean... i dont see the marks on the front of the bag. just the back i'm not sure what it is. do you carry pen(s) in your purse?

when you stored your bag was the hardware possibly rubbing in that spot? just a thought i had read somewhere on tpf about hardware leaving dark spot on handles (i think thats what it was?)

The pink is from the camera and no I carry no pens or anything like that at all.

The hardware does not even reach the back where the stains are ...

The handles are fine... just the lower right hand back as if some ran over it with a small car ..

im sorry i meant did you fold your bag when you stored it, some people fold them a certain way and then hardware may touch other areas of the bag.
