Listen, my intention was not to come off as rude.

I was trying to direct these members to the appropriate section where they might receive quicker responses. Some have links to actions that were almost completed.

It's just easier for me to copy and paste the link than to type a detailed response. How about:

"Here this will help you"
There are LV,Gucci,Chloe, etc Sections!

You probably should have pm'd me your concern instead of posting this here.
