Hermes scarf only comes in 90 cm x 90 cm for a big sq style. I'd say unless it shrank when carelessly cleaned by its previous owners, be careful. I've mines dry clean and all of them keep their original size.
In the picture before last, is it a sticker? It's definitely not Hermes tag. I'd ask for the close up pic of the tag both side. Having examined the design, it looks Hermes though. So...if the tag is consistent with that of Hermes, I'd say go for it.
