How to authenticate a Chanel wallet

Hi. I bought a black leather wallet today for $80 that came in a black Chanel box, has the white "CC" logo on it, stamped "made in France" on the interior, came with a sticker on the inside with a serial number as well as a black plastic card with the same serial number & a black paper square envelope on the inside of the box with a fold out pamphlet with a multitude of languages describing some things about Madmoiselle Chanel & a few products. The inside of the wallet is pink with tone on tone "CC"s stamped inside. I bought this to give to my daughter for Christmas as she's going into fashion design. Is this authentic or a good fake? Hi Darla, what you're describing sounds like the Cambon wallet, which is one of the most faked Chanel styles.

Have you bought it on eBay perhaps? Then please post the link and/or pictures of the wallet in this thread: Authenticate This Chanel
