Help PLEASE with Juicy Couture Item

I purchased a Juicy Couture fur lined hoodie in black, one of the reversible ones and it was listed as a woman's size medium however it is TINY, and I already have a couple of these in white and grey which fit me. THe seller is saying it is a women's item but there is no way it can fit an normal adult. I know juicy runs small but this is just not a women's item - is there any way from the swing tag that I can tell the differenc between women's and girls juicy? Thanks so much
