She says they don't have RM fakes yet, I am not familiar with RM yet as this would be my first, so please help...

For that price quite honestly I would buy it from known and reputable online sites like Luna Boston (among others). They have that exact bag for sale, with free shipping it's basically the same as the eBay item once you add the shipping charges
