Are you using the tPF App?

It seems you have to navigate premier designers-->Hermes-->Hermes authentication-->see the sticky thread at the top of the page.

is this ok?

Perhaps they would need more sharp closeup pics to authenticate and answer the question? We here in the general Authenticate This forum only have general knowledge though. Those answering in the Hermes thread are experts with many years of experience, it's the right place to ask.
