Rather urgent : could I remind the scarf specialists of a previous post ending soon, by Ottavia and not answered ? this is it :

quote Item: Les Cles cashmere shawl
listing #: 110341016448
seller: fabuloustuff
link: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=110341016448
comments: Is this authentic? Great starting price. Thank you in advance.unquote

I would just like to add that the 'HERMES PARIS' at bottom is different than 2 of my gm that read HERMES - PARIS, hermès written with the accent (I cant reproduce this in capitals).

Thank you so much if someone could sort this out urgently, bidding shall end now;

Thank you, tangle and elle tee! The seller is on tPF's reputable list, so I have no reason to be fearful, but eBay always gives me the willies. Still, it's the best place to find the older designs I love, so I continue to haunt the site. I appreciate your comments!

Thanks Tangle, me too. The design holds special meaning and the flowers make it more special. I have NO place buying another scarf, I've gone nuts lately, but I may be powerless against it....

This looks good to me, I do see an accent on the E in the auction, not sure of your question in that regard. But to my eye this is an authentic cashmere GM.

It would be great to see the hem and the weave on the Brides, but there is a good chance it is authentic...its hard to say for certain with these photos, but this is an authentic cw for this carre....Her other Hermes look good as well...

Would love to see better pics of the zodiac symbols on the Dies, but it too seems to be authentic, as far as I can see without the critical hem, tag, and weave photos. This cw is correct, as well.

good luck, without more photos, its not certain, but the risk is still low on both these auction, at the present pricepoint.

good luck....

And....This one has way more detail, so there are more pix than these, plus a funky flat envelpe "box" that had a plastic sleeve. I'm thinking maybe it was bought in-flight? There were H scarves offerred like that on the plane when I went to Italy, but I didn't look at them....TIA!

That's odd. I wonder if the photos are stolen, or were stolen by the auction that was canceled? Do you remember the original seller's id?
