Thank you so much Cavalier Girl, You are right, the strap is not a hermes strap, I took the watch into a jewellers today and he opened the back to authenticate it and it is real. so now he is putting a new seal in and then I shall go pick it up. Thank you so much

Can you post a link to the original ebay auction on which you bought it? I'd like to see the identity of the original seller.

Sure, if I still have it - it's been a long time. I think I got it around Feb or March.

I just looked on my ebay account and it's not showing anything. It says it keeps won items for 60 days...unless there's a way to find a longer history?

Okay, I didn't find anything on my ebay page but I checked back in the history on my paypal and found that the payment went to "bijouxexotique" at yahoo dot com.

I am not an authenticator, but the stiching at the end of the belt, really stood out.
There is something about the strap which needs authenticating by someone with better knowledge than myself!!
