Chloehandbags, I am in Singapore so will probably face the same problem as you. A good friend of mine has responded to my email (she lives in the US) and will post about the poor animals on the forums she posts on.

Megs, you're a star!

I wrote to the administrator (thank God I can type quite fast, with my two fingers!) and told them not only about my problems registering, but also what I was trying to let people know about and included a link to this thread.

Whether they'll spread the word, I don't know.

Please can people in the US try to register on there? Here's the link, again:

Chloehandbags, good move to write to the admin!

Are there posters here from West Virginia and nearby states? Or is there anyone who works in the West Virginia media (radio preferably)? Perhaps they could broadcast the message?

Very good idea, passerby - actually, I think this should be a National TV appeal!

So, if anyone reading this works in/knows someone who works in the US media, please can you do what you can to get this on the radio and/or TV news; whether local, or better still, national?

Thank you!!!

Chloehandbags, would you mind posting this as a new thread on General Discussion here? Eg "Attn anyone in West Virginia/working in the media". What do you think?

Thanks (I've started quite a few thread in the past few days already so am not going to start another one, even though it's for such a great cause. I'll help keep it bumped though).

Hi Megs, thanks so much, again, for posting the pics!

Just thought I should let you know that the link to the website isn't working, on your blog.

Thanks so much!

"Oh no, not her again" that's been said about me many times before, I don't wish to hear it again somehow (I'm a bit of a professional "bumper")

HeHeHe!!! Whereas, with all my Authenticate This! posts; I'm beginning to feel like a professional know-all!!!

I better get on with that thread.

I'll leave this window open, so if I appear to be ignoring anyone - I'm not being rude, I'm just not really here!

This is a horrible situation. Are there not fostering agencies in the states that work to avoid dogs being euthanized? In Canada there are a few but its hard getting a dog over the border.
You girls are all doing a wonderful job getting the word out.

Exclamation EXTREMELY URGENT!!! Are you/do you know/can you contact a member of the US media?
This is a genuine life or death situation!!!

Many young, healthy, good-natured dogs and cats are facing death; some tomorrow (23rd June) and some the next day; if they are not offered a new home today!!!

Here is a thread with more details:

http://forum.purseblog.com/general-d...you-26149.html

We felt that this should be a national campaign in the US!!!

So, if you are a member of the US media/know someone who is/know how to contact someone who is (ideally in TV or radio, as there is so little time, but also newspaper journalists) please can you do whatever you can to help, ASAP?

The lives of innocent animals depend on you!!!

Thank you so much for reading this and for any help you can give.
