Oh wow! I've recently fallen in love with Bostons and would love one some day. I'm soo glad this thread has been started so I can coo over everyone elses babies

Diva - she is SO cute!! Aww I want a little girl too but it will be a few years, I already know I want her to wear a little bow :)

Chroma - they are the greatest dogs. I grew up with a lot of dogs around - dalmatians, schipperke, lab, sheltie/lab mix, and a maltese. Rex (boston) is my favorite, he is so nice to every one and animal is just a ball of fun to have around!! If you get one post pics, they just get cuter and cuter!

wanted to bump this thread. I am thinking about getting a boston but am unsure. I have only owned chihuahuas. My boyfriend has a young daughter so am afraid to get a chihuahua again. I have heard that bostons are good with kids. I have been researching the bread but wanted some owner insight. Thanks ladies!!

^^I have had many dogs throughout my life, several sporting/hunting dogs, Pugs, JRTs, Wiemerauner, Basset Hound, CHUG...the best dog I've ever had is a Boston Terrier. I have two, one 22 lb and one 12 lb...both rescues. Smart, athletic, LOVEABLE and small enough to take on trips. Great with kids. Keep us posted.

Bostons are awesome, but mine can be a bit rough for young children. How old is his daughter?

boston terriers are great pets!! they are full of energy, great attitude, always playful, very loving!!! although, mine can be a brat sometimes, he likes to run off and not listen to us, especially if we're at the dog park or something. it sucks because we don't DARE let him off his leash at the dog beach, i wish i could, but he just won't listen to us if there are other dogs or other people around.

i'm at work right now, and missing my baby dearly thanks to this thread!!!

there is a boston terrier club, we meet every year in huntington beach its called "the boston tea party"--- isnt that CUTE?!?!?!
if anyone is interested, let me know and i will give you in the info later because my boyfriend signed us up for it. i think its called boston buddies not sure, but if you are interested let me know!

OMGoodness looking at all these puppy pics makes me remember how madly in love we fell with our boy Bowie:) He is the lone boy in a house full of girls,and by far hands down the absolute BEST dog a child can have. My daughters adore him,he is wonderful with them.When we adopted Lola he quickly took her in,and even though she will outweigh him by a ton he treats her with the same gentleness he treats the girls....and she is learning from him:)Bowie will be 3 this month.
