zOMG sales!
So, slight update. The piping/seams on one little section look a little tattered. Granted, I have thrown the bag in drawers, under plane seats, through security/etc - and I have a suspicion that my fiance's cat may have taken a liking to it, as the wear appeared the day after I arrived my last visit

However, I was wondering that products people use to protect them better. Was it that Edgecoat?

I believe the edgecoat everyone talks about is for the piping only. It also depends on the color of the bag whether you are going to see it. I believe black is easy to do, but other colors, not sure about.

It's a little worn, like sueded, on about a 2 inch section on the rounded piping. Is it worth it to use it after the fact, or does edgecoat only work as a preventative measure?

My Rocco is black

I believe you should probably use it now before the leather on the piping wears even more. You should post this question in another thread, because I know quite a few have used this as a preventative/repair. Good luck

This is OT, but where in Michigan are you?

Can I ask all previous posters and owners of their AW Rocco (hardware of any color) what the condition of their bag is now?

I just bought a Rocco a few days ago and have been babying it like crazy after all the horror stories I read with the wearing of the leather and the straps etc. I am willing to treat it right but now baby it for the next few years. After only two days i see tiny little worn spots where the leather has gone blue-ish it doesnt bother me but It will when it's all over the bag.

I'm thinking of returning it if, like many of you have experienced, it's just going to get worse. I don't know if I have been deliberately searching for negative reviews or if the quality is really poor for everyone. Thanks!!!

I brought my Black and Rose-gold Rocco about 3 weeks ago, have used it daily since! I have only conditioned the leather and done absolutely nothing else. I don't baby my bags. And i don't have a single spot that has worn out!!! I am so very happy with its quality, couldn't have made a better decision that to buy this beauty. :)
